Advise Eleventure on commercial, contractual and compliance matters connected with its operations and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate client, vendor, subcontractor and service agreements.
• Identify legal risks in tenders, projects and business decisions, and recommend practical safeguards.
• Support statutory and regulatory compliance and maintain clear legal records.
• Manage legal notices, claims and disputes, coordinating with external counsel when needed.
• Brief leadership on material legal developments and contract obligations.

Candidate profile

Law degree and relevant experience in commercial contracts and corporate or project-related legal work. Strong drafting, research, negotiation and stakeholder communication skills are essential.
