Lead Eleventure’s CGD execution and billing across assigned projects from Head Office. Turn approved plans into delivered, measured, client-certified and invoiced work while coordinating project, commercial, billing and finance teams.
Key result areas
- Convert contracts and work orders into integrated execution and billing plans with clear milestones, resources and documentation needs.
- Direct project and site teams to complete CGD work safely, to specification and against approved schedules.
- Review site progress, measurements, contract rates, variations and supporting records so completed work is ready for client certification.
- Coordinate client measurement approvals, bill submissions, invoice reconciliation and resolution of deductions or billing queries.
- Track work in progress, costs, billing gaps and receivables with billing and finance teams; escalate risks and corrective actions to leadership.
How success is measured
- Execution milestones and handovers tracked against approved project plans.
- Completed work measured and certified with complete supporting records.
- Certified work converted into accurate, timely bill submissions.
- Billing gaps, receivables and project margins reviewed and acted on.
- Quality, safety and client issues resolved and documented.
