Role overview

Lead Eleventure’s project portfolio across the East region, guiding project teams and client relationships to deliver safe, timely and commercially sound infrastructure work. Coordinate regional plans, resources and reporting across assigned sites.

Key result areas

  • Own regional execution plans, schedules, resources and delivery performance across assigned projects.
  • Lead project managers, site teams and partners; resolve escalations and develop team capability.
  • Maintain senior client relationships and coordinate scope, progress, approvals and commercial matters.
  • Uphold quality, health, safety and compliance standards across sites.
  • Review regional risks, profitability, billing and collections with head office leadership.

How success is measured

  • Project milestones and handovers tracked against approved regional plans.
  • Delivery risks and client escalations addressed and documented.
  • Billing, collections and project margins reviewed against approved plans.
  • Quality and safety issues managed across assigned sites.

What you bring

Skills and capabilities

  • Regional project leadership in CGD, EPC or related infrastructure
  • Multi-site planning and resource management
  • Client and partner relationship management
  • Commercial awareness, billing and risk review
  • Team leadership, quality and safety oversight
