Role overview
Lead Eleventure’s project delivery across the South region, with accountability for safe execution, client-certified work and billing readiness. Guide distributed project teams, resolve delivery and commercial bottlenecks, and keep Head Office informed of progress, cost and risk. Based in Bengaluru, with travel across the South region.
Key result areas
- Own regional execution plans, milestones, resource requirements and recovery actions across assigned CGD and infrastructure projects.
- Lead project managers, site teams and partners on safe working, quality, productivity and reliable delivery.
- Review measurements, work records, client approvals and variations; resolve gaps that delay certification or invoicing.
- Coordinate client escalations and follow eligible work through measurement approval and billing with Head Office teams.
- Control regional cost, material and subcontractor risks; review project margin, billing and collection issues with finance and leadership.
- Maintain accurate progress, measurement and billing updates in Elev9 and other approved records, and complete project handovers.
How success is measured
- Project milestones, resources and recovery actions tracked against approved regional plans.
- Measurement and certification records reconcile to completed work.
- Eligible completed work reaches billing with complete supporting documentation.
- Cost, material, billing and receivable risks are visible in regional forecasts and assigned for action.
- Client, safety and quality issues closed with a traceable resolution.
What you bring
Education and qualifications
Relevant engineering or technical background, with proven leadership of multiple CGD, EPC or related infrastructure sites.
Skills and capabilities
- Multi-site planning, project controls and distributed team leadership
